Happy new year to You.  January has been a great start for us. It has been an amazing month. I used to think and dream of traveling and speaking in different places. Yes, God literally answered my prayer. My friend and President of
Messenger College, Randy Lawrence, invited me to speak for three weekends at the Encounter Conference at
Pentecostal Church of God. The first weekend I was in San Diego at Concord, the second weekend I was in Galina,
KS and third weekend, I was in Indianapolis. Each Sunday, God opened the door to minister in local fellowships.

Every time I think about Bible College, I think of training and equipping as Jesus did. His disciples where with Him all the time, as he taught and trained them. (Acts 1:21) Later the disciples were sent out to tell about the good news (Luke 9:1-2). Read more this month’s newsletter.

This has been a very challenging summer for the people of Nepal and the surrounding countries. Extreme flooding, mudslides and monsoon rain have taken more than 1000 lives and has left 10,000s of people homeless and without food or drinking water. The situation demands immediate responds and we are helping as much as we can.

Nepal has lost the majority of their crops for this year and is entering into a very challenging fall. The country might be on the brink of starvation. Your donation could save peoples lives and will be able to get them back on their feet.

Every year in the spring, we aim to attend the annual missions conference in Pensacola, FL and connect with many of you. But this is the first time in many years, we have been able to go together as a family.

Khadka April 2017

April 2017, marks two years of the most testing time in our lives and in the ministry. The earthquake shook Nepal and our whole lives. Both of our children homes were greatly damaged.  Our churches were destroyed but none of our children, family, friends or staff were hurt during this massive destruction.

We were able to provide help to areas that were not reached by the bigger humanitarian organizations, by providing basic needs for food and medicine.

Even if we are still recovering, both physically, emotionally and financially, there has been some healing. The children used to wake up in the night crying from nightmares, but now they are back to laughing and playing again. God is so good. Click on the link below to read more.
